On February 6, 2014 my dad was gruesomely and senselessly murdered. Since then I've been working on digging myself out of the depths of traumatic grief cause by his loss and the actions of others in the immediate aftermath.
On September 3, 2017 I'll be tackling the hardest race I've ever run. It will be a mental and physical struggle, but nothing compared to the last 3 years.
